Android Devices – Consumer Cellular APN – T-Mobile

NON-Consumer Cellular Phone. How do I setup messaging and web access?

Consumer Cellular’s Access Point Name (APN) will need to be installed in the phone in order for it to connect to cellular data. Consumer Cellular operates on two different networks: AT&T and T-Mobile. Select the network you’re using below to access the settings that need to be installed in your phone.

As an alternative, many phone models can be remotely configured to the consumer Cellular data service.

Contact a customer service agent with the IMEI number (serial number) of your non-Consumer Cellular phone to receive the settings via free text message.

APN SETTINGS FOR T-Mobile NETWORK

APN settings are found by navigating to your Menu and these subsequent sections: Settings > Wireless and Networks > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.

From Access Point Names, tap the “Menu” or “Options” button then “New APN”, “Create APN”, or a circle with + to add an APN.
